Rising home prices in Uniontown in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Uniontown rose by $23,850 while total sales increased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,850 - a 11.7% increase over the $203,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Uniontown in the second quarter of 2020.
