What happened to the median home price in Parkridge during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Parkridge fell by $13,398 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,503 - a 6.2% decrease over the $216,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Parkridge in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Parkridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,416, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
