Ridgedale median home prices rose by 41.3% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Ridgedale rose by $47,526 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 41.3% increase over the $114,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ridgedale in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Ridgedale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,171, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
