Navarre median home prices rose by 96.2% in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Navarre rose by $122,600 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 96.2% increase over the $127,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Navarre in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Navarre for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,813, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
