May 2021: Magnolia experienced a 34.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Magnolia rose by $45,950 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,450 - a 34.9% increase over the $131,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Magnolia in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Magnolia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,307, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
