Median home prices in Louisville rose to $151,750 in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Louisville rose by $16,750 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,750 - a 12.4% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Louisville in March 2020.
