Home prices increased in Magnolia during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Magnolia rose by $41,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 39.4% increase over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Magnolia in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Magnolia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,307, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
