Alliance median home prices fell by 4% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Alliance fell by $3,750 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,250 - a 4% decrease over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Alliance in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
