The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in Greentown fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Greentown fell by $28,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,000 - a 11.2% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Greentown in the first quarter of 2020.
