North Canton median home prices rose by 17.7% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in North Canton rose by $30,100 while total sales increased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $169,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in North Canton in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,272, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
