Home prices increased in Industrial Heights during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Industrial Heights rose by $64,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,250 - a 214.2% increase over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Industrial Heights in the first quarter of 2020.
