Pricing for the median home in Alliance increased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Alliance rose by $2,600 while total sales increased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,600 - a 3.1% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Alliance in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
