Hartville home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Hartville rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hartville in February 2020.
