February 2021: Waynesburg experienced a 75% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Waynesburg rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 75% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Waynesburg in February 2020.
