February 2021: Home prices in Alliance fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Alliance fell by $12,750 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,500 - a 15.3% decrease over the $83,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Alliance in February 2020.
