Canton home prices fell in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Canton fell by $1,090 while total sales increased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 161 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,160 - a 1.5% decrease over the $71,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 144 homes sold in Canton in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,388, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
