Greentown home prices rose in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Greentown rose by $125,500 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 83.9% increase over the $149,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Greentown in January 2020.
