Home prices increased in Louisville during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Louisville rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 8% increase over the $162,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Louisville in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Louisville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,756, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
