January 2021: Alliance experienced a 4.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Alliance rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 4.7% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Alliance in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
