Pricing for the median home in Canton increased during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Canton rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 10.3% increase over the $68,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 153 homes sold in Canton in January 2020.
