Louisville home prices fell in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Louisville fell by $50,000 while total sales increased by 600%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 25% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Louisville in December 2019.
