Alliance median home prices rose by 50.5% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Alliance rose by $33,550 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 50.5% increase over the $66,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Alliance in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
