The second half of 2020: Home prices in Meyers Lake increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Meyers Lake rose by $78,800 while total sales increased by 600%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,250 - a 59.9% increase over the $131,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Meyers Lake in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Meyers Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,810, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
