Median home prices in Alliance rose to $94,000 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Alliance rose by $25,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 270 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,000 - a 37.7% increase over the $68,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 180 homes sold in Alliance in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
