The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in North Canton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in North Canton rose by $40,050 while total sales increased by 143.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 175 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,000 - a 26% increase over the $153,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in North Canton in the fourth quarter of 2019.
