The Dogs At The Stark County Dog Warden issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.
19 dogs in our shelter and there’s somehow no owners. I’m sorry but I just don’t buy it. We only have four dogs currently available for adoption. You can see them here

The rest are on stray hold until an owner comes or they’re vetted and put up for adoption.
