North Canton home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in North Canton rose by $52,000 while total sales increased by 89.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 32.9% increase over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in North Canton in July 2019.

The median sales tax in North Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,272, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
