Louisville home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Louisville fell by $23,800 while total sales increased by 222.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,200 - a 15.1% decrease over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Louisville in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Louisville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,756, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
