Louisville home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Louisville fell by $43,500 while total sales increased by 225%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 21.6% decrease over the $201,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Louisville in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Louisville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,756, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
