Alliance home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Alliance rose by $17,100 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $81,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Alliance in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
